Food
Take 30 minutes
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Pit rice in a small stockpot and add enough water to cover rice, about 1 1/2 inches over it. Boil. Lower heat, and simmer until rice is cooked, about 15 to 20 minutes.
2. In a separate pan, gently saute onions in vegetable oil until translucent. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Season with cooked rice into pan; stir in cilantro and continue mixing until well blended. Remove from fire and serve hot.

1 1/2 cups brown rice
About 4 cups water (you may use boiled water from asparagus)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup onions, sliced
1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
